Family Night – 2nd Wednesdays

Wednesday October 10th at 6:30 we will meet for our 2nd Family Night of this School Year.  It has been great to meet your families, and I am looking forward to meeting more of you this month.
We will share a light meal, some fun time, and  a short Bible lesson for all.  Bring one of your favorite jokes to share.   Here is one of pastor’s favorites.  “How do you make a Kleenex dance? You put a little boogie in it.”
We would also like to plan fun activities and disciple-like activities such as Feed My Starving Children, Project Hope, and possible AUMC member assistance, such as raking for the elderly, etc. And finally, bring your calendars to the October Family Night so we can find a date for the youth to participate in the entire worship service.
We need someone to volunteer to host the meal portion this month.  Please call or email the church office if you are able to host.    – Pastor Paul and Laurie Dick
